Responsible for planning, management and tracking of a number of workstreams within a large software delivery programme.

Managed the transition of a software development from a team in the UK to a product development centre in the Czech Republic.

Development Manager - Vodafone Live!

Managed the development, support and maintenance teams. Implemented a wide range of initiatives to improve software quality, resulting in substantial reductions to the time required for system integration.

Responsible for development of online billing solutions for Tele2, covering both consumer and business customers in four countries. Managed a global team of consultants working on the projects.

Managed the delivery of high availability enterprise solutions based on the Oracle Selfcare product suite. A major element of the project was the integration with the client’s back office systems, including billing, provisioning and CRM systems.

Managed a programme of projects to integrate customer self-service software with the back office systems at Orange UK, including billing, provisioning and CRM systems. Applications included customer self-service, point-of-sale and corporate bill analysis.

Managed the development and system integration of Motorola mobile data services applications at O2. Managed both internal teams and external suppliers, to ensure timely delivery and appropriate management of risks and costs.

Supervised the development and deployment of automated SMS services for media and telecoms clients.
